Will Nigel Farage Quit?

Today’s Sunday Times exposé won’t finish Nigel Farage.

Westminster thinks revealing undeclared cash, private security, and a free townhouse from a convicted fraudster will alienate Reform Party voters. It won’t.

They completely misread anti-establishment politics. Farage doesn't win by playing by the rules; he wins by breaking them. To voters who see the system as corrupt, cutting corners looks like efficiency, not a scandal.

Official inquiries just fuel his narrative. Standards commissioners and select committees look like a rigged system weaponising bureaucracy to cancel votes.

Normal politicians collapse when caught breaking rules because their voters care about institutional norms. Farage’s base despises them. Threaten a recall petition, and you just hand him a martyr’s badge.

The money works differently, too. Traditional parties panic when donors flee. Reform is a private company, bankrolled by wealthy backers who view regulatory fines as a standard cost of doing business.

You cannot shame a politician who profits from being shameless. Farage isn’t falling. Westminster is just scripting his next comeback.
